1. About MacroPanora
MacroPanora is an online retail store based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. We curate and sell jewellery, accessories, beauty, and personal care products fulfilled directly by North American brand partners through Shopify Collective. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, legally capable of entering a binding contract, and not purchasing products for resale without our prior written consent.
3. Products & Availability
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Product colours and appearances may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings and natural material variation, particularly for jewellery with natural stones or pearls.
Prices for Canadian customers are listed in CAD. Prices for US customers are displayed in USD at checkout based on current exchange rates. All prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Orders, Payment & Cancellations
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before fulfillment. Accepted payment methods are available at checkout via Shopify Payments.
Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for full cancellation terms.
5. Fulfillment & Shipping
Orders are fulfilled directly by Shopify Collective brand partners. MacroPanora acts as a retailer; products are shipped directly from independent suppliers to you. Shipping times vary by supplier and are estimates only. MacroPanora is not responsible for supplier delays, errors, or product quality issues beyond what is covered under our Return & Refund Policy.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. MacroPanora is not responsible for packages lost or damaged after handoff to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our [Return & Refund Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Customer Reviews & User Content
Our store uses Judge.me to collect and display customer reviews. By submitting a review or other content to our store, you grant MacroPanora a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to display, edit, and use that content for any business purpose, including marketing. We reserve the right to moderate or remove any content that violates our policies or applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of MacroPanora or its suppliers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
MacroPanora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. MacroPanora is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Shopify Collective fulfillment partners beyond what is covered under our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose beyond what is stated in the product listing.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
