These Terms of Service govern your use of macropanora.com and purchases made from MacroPanora. By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.
1. ABOUT MACROPANORA
MacroPanora is a Canadian online retailer based in Burnaby, British Columbia.
We offer skincare, jewelry and accessories, wellness products, and other items from independent brand partners connected through Shopify Collective.
MacroPanora acts as the retailer and customer-service contact. Products are fulfilled and shipped directly by the applicable brand partner.

2. ELIGIBILITY
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

Products offered by MacroPanora come from independent brand partners.
Product pages may include descriptions, ingredients, materials, sizes, images, directions, warnings, and other information supplied by those partners.
We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately. However:
• Product packaging and appearance may change.
• Colours may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen.
• Natural materials can vary in colour, pattern, and appearance.
• Manufacturers may update ingredients, packaging, or specifications.
• Availability can change without notice.
Customers should review the product label, packaging, instructions, ingredients, warnings, and manufacturer information received with the product before use.

4. WELLNESS AND PERSONAL-CARE INFORMATION

5. PRICES AND CURRENCIES
Canadian customers shop in Canadian dollars. Customers in the United States shop in US dollars through the applicable Shopify Market.
Prices can change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to the order before taxes, shipping charges, discounts, or other amounts shown separately.
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery destination.
6. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotions, discount codes, free-shipping offers, and sale prices can be subject to:
• Market and currency restrictions
• Minimum purchase requirements
• Customer-eligibility requirements
• Product or collection exclusions
• Usage limits
• Start and end dates
• Combination restrictions
Eligibility is determined at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
We may correct, suspend, or end a promotion when it contains an error, is misused, or is no longer available.
7. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. It does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.
We may cancel or limit an order when:
• A product is unavailable.
• Pricing or product information contains a material error.
• Payment cannot be authorized.
• The order appears fraudulent or abusive.
• The order cannot be shipped to the provided destination.
• A supplier cannot fulfill the item.
• The order violates these Terms or applicable law.
If we cancel a paid order or unavailable item, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
8. PAYMENTS
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and can include major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods supported by Shopify Payments.
Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. Payment information is processed through Shopify and the applicable payment provider. MacroPanora does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
A cancellation may be requested within one hour of placing an order.
Email info@macropanora.com immediately with the order number. A cancellation is not guaranteed because the fulfilling partner may begin processing shortly after an order is placed.
After processing begins, the order might no longer be cancellable. Any available return option is then governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
10. FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
Products are fulfilled directly by independent brand partners through Shopify Collective.
Orders containing products from different partners may:
• Ship in separate packages
• Use different carriers
• Have separate tracking numbers
• Arrive on different dates

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return and refund eligibility depends on the product category, condition, and reason for the request.
Beauty products, supplements, jewelry, final-sale items, gift cards, personalized products, and other restricted items may have special conditions or may be non-returnable except when damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Do not send a product back without authorization and return instructions.

Nothing in these Terms limits a customer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
12. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may restrict or close an account used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, interference with the store, or repeated violations of these Terms.
13. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
MacroPanora can use third-party services, including Judge.me and Shop, to collect and display customer reviews.
By submitting a review, image, video, comment, or other content, you confirm that:
• You have the right to submit it.
• It reflects your genuine experience.
• It does not contain unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or private information.
• It does not infringe another person’s rights.
You grant MacroPanora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and use submitted content for store operation and marketing, subject to applicable law and platform policies.
We may moderate or remove spam, abusive content, personal information, unrelated promotion, or content that violates applicable policies. Genuine critical reviews are not removed merely because they are unfavorable.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The MacroPanora name, logo, website design, original written content, and other original store materials are owned by or licensed to MacroPanora.
Product names, trademarks, photographs, descriptions, and other materials belonging to brand partners remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit website content without authorization from the applicable rights holder.
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website uses services provided by Shopify and other providers for hosting, checkout, payments, analytics, shipping, customer support, reviews, and marketing.
Links to a third-party website are provided for convenience. The third party’s own terms and privacy practices apply when you use its services.
MacroPanora is not responsible for the content or operation of an unrelated third-party website.

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in the MacroPanora Privacy Policy:

17. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep macropanora.com accurate and available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
We may maintain, update, restrict, or discontinue part of the website when reasonably necessary.
18. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MacroPanora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from the use of the website or a product.
This limitation does not exclude liability or customer remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
For a claim relating to a purchased product, any monetary liability of MacroPanora will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify MacroPanora against claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available in the customer’s jurisdiction.
Disputes will be handled by the courts with applicable jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another lawful resolution method.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, products, suppliers, legal requirements, or business practices.
