SHIPPING POLICY (Canada Only)

At MacroPanora, all orders are fulfilled directly by our curated North American brand partners through Shopify Collective. This means faster shipping, reliable tracking, and no international customs delays.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
All products ship from our Shopify Collective brand partners located in Canada and the United States.

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary by supplier and carrier
- Some orders containing items from multiple suppliers may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and the fulfilling supplier. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is sent
- You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number
5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Some orders may ship from the United States. For US-origin shipments delivered to Canadian addresses:
- Most orders under the Canada-US-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) threshold are not subject to duties
- If customs fees or import taxes are applied by CBSA, they are the customer's responsibility
- MacroPanora is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections
6. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier volume during peak seasons
- Weather or natural events
- Remote area delivery schedules
- Customs processing (for US-origin shipments)
If your package appears delayed, contact us at info@macropanora.com and we will follow up with the fulfilling supplier.
7. Lost Packages
A package may be considered lost if:
- No tracking updates appear for 15+ business days, or
- The carrier confirms it cannot be delivered
Contact us at info@macropanora.com and we will work with the supplier to issue a replacement or refund once confirmed.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@macropanora.com with photos or video of the issue.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. MacroPanora is not liable for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Missing unit numbers
- Postal code errors
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Where does MacroPanora ship from? All products ship from our North American brand partners (Canada and the United States) via Shopify Collective.

Why are some items shipped separately? Items from different suppliers ship separately, each with their own tracking number.

Will I be charged customs or duties? Most orders are not subject to additional fees. If CBSA applies duties on US-origin shipments, the customer is responsible.
My tracking number isn't updating? Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after your shipping confirmation email. If it still hasn't updated after 3 business days, contact us at info@macropanora.com.
What if my package is lost? Contact us at info@macropanora.com if there are no tracking updates for 15+ business days or the carrier confirms non-delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
